I ordered stickers shipped to Mexico. The product quality itself was fine — that's not the problem. The problem: after delivery, FedEx billed me $900 MXN in import taxes and brokerage fees — MORE than the I paid for the order itself. At no point during checkout was there any warning, estimate, or mention that customs charges would apply. The final price shown at checkout was not the real final price. When I contacted support, they first sent me a link about shipping costs (not the issue), then a second agent simply told me customs fees are "the financial responsibility of the consumer" and refused any compensation — not even partial credit for the lack of disclosure. Yes, import taxes are set by customs authorities. But responsible sellers warn international customers at checkout or offer duties-paid shipping. Hiding this in a support article and letting customers find out from a courier invoice after delivery is not acceptable. If you're ordering from Mexico or any country outside the US/EU: expect to pay significantly more than your checkout total, and don't expect support to help you.

The stickers look great, got to me in a decent amount of time, and hold up
