Only half my order arrived that I needed for an event. Informed customer service, and let them know that the shipping location would now have to be different since I would be back home in PA before the new ones would arrive. This was ignored and the stickers were sent to the wrong location, which is across the country. While I was able to get the stickers, it was a hassle, and I was unimpressed with the lack of concern by your company. This is now the 3rd time I am writing this complaint and still ZERO follow up. I have been a fan and always suggested stickers app when someone needed stickers, but I will be looking for a new company after this.
