Sure thing! You can totally go tax-exempt. Here's how: first, create an account with us, then upload your tax-exemption certificate for us to check out. Once we give it the green light, your account will be tax-exempt. So, whenever you're logged in, no tax on your orders. Just remember, upload that certificate and wait for our nod before you hit the order button. The certificate check usually takes about three business days.
Ugh, credit card hiccups can be a pain. There are all sorts of reasons this could happen, sometimes beyond our control. No worries, though. If your card's acting up, give an alternative payment method a whirl and see if that works better. And don't hesitate to shoot us an email if you need some detective work on why the card's playing hard to get. We're here to help you figure it out.
All our prices are in good ol' US dollars. So, if you're ordering from outside the United States, like from Canada, Australia, or New Zealand, keep that in mind. Depending on your location, there might be some local taxes you need to handle.
Whoops, if you tried to order multiple times before the magic "approved" moment, you might see some pending transactions. But no worries, those pending ones won't actually turn into multiple charges. We'll only process one, showing the final amount you need to pay for your order.
If you spot an international transaction fee, let us know via email. We'll swoop in to sort it out and make sure you get a refund for that fee. Nobody likes unexpected fees, right?
PayPal giving you a headache? Try switching to a different web browser and give it another shot. If that cart's already full, and you run into issues, just drop us an email. We'll send you a direct link to open in a different browser to finish your purchase. Easy peasy!
