This is the maximum printable and cuttable area for a single sheet.

Each individual sticker placed on a sheet must be at least:

• 1” × 1”

• (25 × 25 mm)

Stickers smaller than this may not cut cleanly or peel reliably.

To ensure accurate cutting, the following spacing rules apply:

• Between stickers: 0.075” (2 mm)

• Between stickers and sheet edge: 0.075” (2 mm)

Proper spacing prevents cutlines from overlapping and ensures consistent machine tolerance.

Each sticker must include:

• 0.075” (2 mm) of bleed extending beyond the cutline.

Bleed ensures there are no unwanted white edges if slight alignment shifts occur during cutting.
