StickerApp: Hi Parade! Congrats on being our Artist of the Month for March, we're honored to have you! Do tell, how would you define your artstyle?
Parade: Merci! In short: Diverse, rarely academic, and full of colors.
StickerApp: Who or what is your biggest inspiration/s?
Parade: Easy - Music! Especially when I’m alone at home, sitting in my own personal bubble.
But I also seek inspiration from everyday objects and symbols that I love to reinterpret.
StickerApp: What's your favorite app or program, and do you have any fav tools in particular?
Parade: The flat of my foot! Just kidding... My favorite software is Adobe Illustrator, but I don't have a favorite tool. Sometimes I scan, sometimes I draw or paint… I don’t have a specific technique—I just go with the flow.
StickerApp: That's awesome! How did it all start?
Parade: I never studied art—I taught myself. After a few months in advertising, I went freelance, first for friends, then for friends of friends… And now, for anyone who loves a good visual remix.
StickerApp: Sweet! Do you have a tip for those who are just starting out?
Parade: Don’t say Yes to everything, keep your eyes and ears wide open.
StickerApp: Why do you use StickerApp?
Parade: Service is super fast with great quality, and an easy-to-use interface.
StickerApp: How do you use stickers for your business/personal brand?
Parade: I love creating and I have tons of projects alongside my studio and radio work. Stickers are timeless—I carry them everywhere, at all times, stick them anywhere, and hand them out to friends.
