StickerApp: How would you define your style?

Alexandre: I would say my style is energetic and colorful, radiating good vibes and allowing me to illustrate almost anything in a friendly way, always with a touch of humor :)

StickerApp: What's your favorite technique?

Alexandre: I use a graphic tablet a lot because, let's be honest, it's super practical and quick for laying down ideas and testing things out. Otherwise, I like to have a small sketchbook and a pen with me to quickly sketch out ideas when they come to mind.

StickerApp: Who or what's your biggest inspiration?

Alexandre: It might sound a bit basic, but honestly, everything around me.
For example, I'm in Japan right now, and I find all their mascots and visuals incredibly inspiring!

There are also the cartoons I watched when I was little (which sparked my interest in animation), like The Simpsons, Dexter's Laboratory, or Hey Arnold.

StickerApp: How did it all start?

Alexandre: I studied animation in Bordeaux, and then I produced a lot of illustrations and animations for myself, which allowed me to gradually develop a drawing style that I liked!

StickerApp: Do you have a tip for those who are starting out?

Alexandre: What I could advise is to always try new things, to reinvent yourself so you don't get tired of your work, and also to produce all the time! Even if sometimes we create things that seem terrible to us, it's super important to go through that phase.

StickerApp: What's your favorite app or program?

Alexandre: Currently, since I move around quite often, I use Procreate a lot with my iPad, it's pretty convenient!

Otherwise, when I'm at home, Photoshop is still my favorite app, especially if I have to work on large formats or do animation. .

StickerApp: Why do you use StickerApp?

Alexandre: I use StickerApp regularly because since I was little, I've been collecting stickers from skate brands, so when I realized I could turn my drawings into stickers, it was a dream come true! When I receive the ones I've created, I always have a big smile and can't wait to stick them everywhere and give them to friends.

StickerApp: What's your favorite material?

Alexandre: Lately, I've been using a lot of holographic material, but I think I want to go back to classics with the white border!

StickerApp: How do you use stickers for your own business/personal brand?

Alexandre: Usually, I always have about 5 stickers on me that I'll stick when I'm out and about in the street/bars/transports.

Otherwise, most of the time I give them away! But I'm keen to try making small packs again with a series of 5 stickers on a common theme, a bit like this sheet!
