We do not accept returns without defects. If there's an issue on our side, email us with your name, order number, and photos, and we'll find a solution.

All custom stickers are made to order, so we cannot accept returns if there is no defect. However, if there is an issue with your stickers and the fault is on our side, we will rectify it.
Please email us with your name, order number, and photos showing the issue so we can address it and find a solution. This may involve a reprint, refund, or credit, depending on the nature of the problem.
Order errors must be reported within one week of delivery to ensure timely resolution. If requesting a refund, all stickers must be accounted for, and we may ask you to return the order or provide proof of the order's destruction.
We do not issue refunds or reprints for errors such as the wrong size being ordered, design errors, or a change of heart once the order is printed.
Orders are produced in the size shown on the website, so please check the final size before placing your order. Our goal is to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase and to provide support for any issues that arise.
