How can I change the material after ordering?

Contact our support team immediately to request a material change. If the order hasn't entered production, we can update it. Please keep in mind the quantity may need to be adjusted to match the price paid if the new material has a different price point. Our team will let you know if that is the case, and what the new quantity will be.

If the order has not yet entered the production phase, we can update the material to your new preference. This prompt action is crucial because once the stickers are in production, changes cannot be made.

Our team will assist you in verifying the order status and making the necessary adjustments. Please be aware that changing the material may affect the production timeline and delivery schedule. If we are able to proceed with changing the material for you, bear in mind we may need to adjust the quantity you will receive to reflect the price paid depending on the price point of the updated material. If the price originally paid does not meet the minimum for the new material, we will need to cancel and refund that design instead so that can be placed again on the correct material to meet the required minimum.
