Can I change the material after I've placed my order?

If you want a different material after you've ordered, contact our support team by email as soon as possible. We can change the material as long as the order hasn't gone into production. Once your stickers are in production, the material can't be changed.

What happens to the price and quantity

Materials have different prices. If we can change the material for you:

• We may adjust the quantity you receive so it matches the amount you paid.

• If what you paid doesn't reach the minimum order for the new material, we cancel and refund that design instead. You can then place it again on the new material.

We'll tell you if the quantity changes, and what the new quantity will be.
