FAQs on how to order and design stickers, quality and possibilities to create your art, as well as technical recommendations to get the most out of your sticker

ORDERING PROCESS

  • Can I order just one sticker?

Ordering a single sticker is possible with our A4 vinyl sheets, which allow for flexibility in printing. Although we typically have a minimum quantity, this option lets you print just the sticker you need.

  • How can I include multiple designs in a single order?

You can print multiple designs in one order by adding each design to your cart after ensuring they meet the minimum quantity requirements.

  • What's the process to have my stickers featured on your Instagram?

After placing your order, our team may select your stickers for our Instagram. You can also tag us in your posts with #stickerapp for a chance to be featured.

  • What are the minimum order amounts for custom stickers?

Our minimum for die-cut custom stickers is $26, and for a sheet of stickers, it's $13. The minimum quantity varies depending on sticker size and type.

DESIGN AND CUSTOMIZATION

  • What if the instant proof doesn't meet my expectations?

Leave a comment with your desired changes or request a final proof. Our design team will address any imperfections before production.

  • Can you modify the cutlines if they are not to my liking?

If the cutlines in the instant proof are incorrect, let us know in the comments. We will make the necessary changes and can provide a final proof upon request.

  • Is it possible to get stickers in custom shapes like circles or rectangles?

Absolutely! You can select any shape, including circles, ovals, rectangles, or any custom design you have in mind.

  • How do I order stickers smaller than the standard size?

For stickers smaller than 1.2" x 1.2", choose the nearest size and indicate the exact dimensions you need in the comments.

TECHNICAL QUESTIONS

  • Can I upload multiple designs at the same time?

Each design must be uploaded separately. Save each one to your cart before uploading the next.

  • Why do my stickers change size when I upload my file?

The editor keeps the original proportions of your artwork. To change the size, you must edit your artwork before uploading.

  • How can I order a custom-sized sticker sheet?

Select the square shape option and specify your desired dimensions. We can accommodate sheets up to 48” x 48”.

PRINT QUALITY AND CAPABILITIES

  • Can you print gradients, and how do I make my artwork's background transparent?

We can print gradients with no issues. For a transparent background, remove it using photo editing software or request our assistance through comments or email.

  • Can I have stickers without the white border or with sharp corners?

Yes, for borderless stickers, extend your artwork to create a bleed. For sharp corners, include your custom cutline or instruct us via comments.

CONTENT AND ARTWORK POLICY

  • What is your stance on printing content that might be considered offensive?

We uphold freedom of speech but reserve the right to refuse printing materials that contain mature content, promote violence, or hatred. If in doubt, please reach out to our support team.

FILES AND COLORS

  • What types of files can I upload for my sticker design?

You can upload your designs in several formats: PDF, PNG, JPEG, SVG, TIF, AI, and PSD. For the best print quality and color accuracy, we recommend submitting your designs in CMYK PDF format.

  • What’s the difference between RGB and CMYK color models?

RGB stands for Red, Green, and Blue, which are the colors used by electronic screens to display images, hence it's suitable for digital content. CMYK stands for Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black, which are the inks our printers use. Since we print in CMYK, your designs should also be created in this color model to ensure the printed stickers' colors match your original design as closely as possible. Remember, RGB colors can appear brighter, but they cannot be printed as such.

  • Is it possible to print stickers in RGB?

No, we do not print in RGB as it's a color model used for digital displays. Our printing process uses CMYK, so we advise you to create your artwork in CMYK to achieve the most accurate color representation in the final print.

  • Can you match Pantone colors in my sticker design?

Our printing process is based on the CMYK color model, but we do our best to match Pantone colors. Keep in mind, however, that some Pantone colors, particularly certain greens and neon hues, might not be exactly replicated in CMYK. If you need a close match, please contact us, and we will assist you in achieving the best possible outcome.

  • What should I do if my artwork is low resolution?

If you upload a low-resolution image, our system will warn you. It’s your decision whether to accept the lower quality or to upload a new, high-resolution file. For most situations, an "average resolution" image will print adequately unless you need very sharp lines. For the highest quality, we suggest uploading a vector PDF or an image at 300 DPI scaled to the actual size you want to print. If you have any concerns about the resolution of your artwork, please reach out to us for assistance.
