Order acceptance

After submitting your order, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail with your order number, details of the product you have ordered from us, your payment details and delivery details. We reserve the right to cancel the order throughout the whole manufacturing process if it should prove to be contrary to our Terms of Use. Full refund will be given if an order is cancelled.

Once your order has been processed, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent with all relevant information about your order. We recommend that you save the confirmations to facilitate any future contact with our customer service.

The following payments are accepted:

1. Credit cards and debit cards

Payment can be made by the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, Discover, JCB and Maestro. Please note that your card is debited with the purchase amount once STA has sent you the order confirmation email. All credit/debit card transactions on the Site are processed using Adyen, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon acceptance of your order by STA. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to STA, your order will be cancelled. We are not responsible for any charges or penalties which may be imposed by the payment provider as result of payment being processed in respect of your order.

2. Pay Later with Klarna

Pay Later is done in cooperation with Klarna and Klarna’s payment terms apply. To read Klarna’s payment terms, please see here. If you choose to pay with Klarna - Pay Later, additional terms will apply between you and Klarna. These terms are presented at checkout.

Delivery conditions

We offer different shipping methods to meet your needs as further specified when you check out.

We reserve the right to charge a cost of $20 for uncollected packages that are returned from the shipping company to us, as well as packages that are returned due to incomplete or incorrect address from the customer as cover for shipping and handling costs.

Dispatch of orders may take up to 8 business days but we aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days during weekdays. Please note that delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and commence from the date of dispatch. The delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. If you need your purchase urgently, please contact us before placing your order so that we will have the opportunity to investigate whether we can deliver according to your wishes.

[Delays can also be caused by the artwork uploaded being in low resolution or otherwise unsuitable to print. We aim to handle communication efficiently to minimise such delays, but in these cases we are often dependent on new files being sent for production to commence.]

You are entitled to return your purchase for a refund by submitting or sending notice thereof to STA and postmarking/dispatching the product/s within 14 days of the date on which you have received the product, provided the product has not been materially used or worn. Should you have chosen to order a custom-made product, your right to return will expire when the production of your custom-made product has started.

If you would like to return a product, please send us an e-mail to info@stickerapp.com in order to get instructions on how to complete the return request.

You as a customer will need to pay the shipping cost for returning the products for a refund.

Defective products

If you receive defective products, please notify us immediately by e-mail to [info@stickerapp.com] and within a reasonable time after you have detected that the products are defective. Please note that we will not be able to handle returned products without your prior contact with our customer service. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it to enable us to approve a complaint. If STA reasonably determines that the products are in fact defective, STA will compensate you with a non-defective similar replacement item.

STA’s liabilities to you are limited in each separate case to these Terms unless otherwise is stipulated by law. STA’s liabilities to you for any cause whatsoever will never exceed your total purchase amount for the order.

In no case whatsoever will STA assume any liability for any incidental, consequential or indirect damages such as loss of profit or in case of force majeure such as war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics or similar events.
