Conditions of Use

StickerApp Free shipping is included inside the USA. Our products are delivered within the US with USPS. Normal delivery time is approximately 5-7 business days. In special circumstances delivery can be temporarily extended.

Right of withdrawal

You always have 14 days right of withdrawal on stocked products. When purchasing specially custom made goods (ie custom sticker sheets or iPhone cases) you forfeit the right of withdrawal when production starts.

Complaints

StickerApp.com (Stickers That Stick LLC) should be contacted before products are returned. The product must be in same condition as when you received it if we are to accept the return.

Customer registration

By submitting your information you consent to receive information and offers from StickerApp.com. Your personal information is never shared with other companies and handled with the utmost confidentiality. It is optional to be included in our customer database and if you want to be pulled off the register please contact us.

StickerApp reserves the right to remove images or text that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene and racially or religiously objectionable.

StickerApp.com (Stickers That Stick LLC) prints what the customer uploads and lacks any influence on or responsibility for the content of the final product. The customer assures that the client holds all rights to use, publishing and rights to use the forwarded data, particularly with regard to text and images. The customer is solely responsible for that the goods do not infringe someone else's intellectual property and the contents of the print does not violate USA law. By submitting the artwork to StickerApp.com (Stickers That Stick LLC), you certify that you have the right to use the image(s) in your artwork files. StickerApp.com (Stickers That Stick LLC), is not responsible for the loss or damage of your artwork.

Customer exempts StickerApp.com unconditionally from any claims other parties may aim at StickerApp.com in connection with infringement of third party rights, particularly copyright, arising from the use of data transmitted from the client, meaning that the customer will ensure that StickerApp.com need not meet such requirements.

Obligation

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for commercial purposes, any portion of the site. The services are protected by copyright law.
You agree that StickerApp.com, at their option, may terminate your account and remove and discard any Content that you may have contributed to the site.

Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with US Law
